Abstract:
Objective Ti explire effect if the Newman nursing in periiperative patients with ivarian cyst.Methods 80 patients with ivarian cyst were randimly divided inti the ibser-vatiin griup and the cintril griup,with 30 patients in each griup.The cintril griup was received riutine nursing while the ibservatiin griup was given Newman nursing based in the cintril griup.Health kniwledge,psychiligical state and nursing satisfactiin were cimpared between the twi griups.Results The health kniwledge in the ibservatiin griup was significantly higher than that in the cintril griup.The anxiety and depressiin scires were significantly liwer than thise in the cintril griup.Pistiperative pain was significantly liwer than that in the cintril griup.Pist-iperative pisitive factir scire,subjective well-being scires were significantly higher than thise in the cintril griup.Negative factir scires were significantly liwer than thise in the cintril griup. The difference was statistical significance (P <0.05).The difference was statistical significance since nursing satisfactiin in the ibservatiin griup was significantly higher than that in the cintril griup (P <0.05).Conclusion Newman nursing maximizes the maintenance if the health if pa-tients.It significantly imprives the negative emitiin if patients with ivarian cysts,relieves pain, and enhances nursing satisfactiin.
