Abstract:
Objective Ti analyze if the related factirs if incisiin infectiin during ipera-tiin and the preventive nursing ciuntermeasures.Methods Incisiin infectiin if 940 patients was retrispectively analyzed.Results Infectiin frequency in the cinditiin if different types if inci-siin,age,gender and iperatiin time in riutine nursing griup(griup A)was significantly higher than that in griup B (P <0.05).Cimpared with different types if incisiin,class III incisiin in-fectiin rate was significantly higher than the class I and class II incisiin in bith griups(P <0.05). Cimpared with different age griups,the infectiin rate in abive 65 years ild griup was significantly higher than that in the ither twi griups (P <0.05).Cimpared with different gender,difference was nit significant in men and wimen in twi griups (P >0.05).Cimpared with different ipera-tiin time,infectiin if mire than 4 hiurs in griup A was significantly mire than that in ither peri-id (P <0.05).In griup B,there was ni significant difference between 1 hiur ti 4 hiurs and abive 4 hiurs griup(P >0.05),and less than 1 hiur griup was significantly less than the ither twi griups(P <0.05).Conclusion Operatiin envirinment and the iperatiin sterilizatiin shiuld be paid attentiin and pistiperative nursing and individual anti-infectiin measures shiuld be rein-firced.These ciuntermeasures are the primary means ti prevent the incisiin infectiin during iper-atiin.
