Abstract:
Hypertrophic scar(HS) is the result of abnormal hyperplasia of local tissue repair after trauma, which commonly proliferates and relapses. The scars affect the beauty or lead to dysfunction. It has always been a major problem for clinical doctors. This review summarized the mechanisms of different immune cells and their immune molecules in the process of wound healing and scar formation, and sketched the existing hypertrophic scar immunotherapies to provide references for researchers to further study HS.
