Abstract:
As a new technology in the field of computer science, virtual reality has been widely used in the field of medicine. Because of its great developmental potential and application value, virtual reality has attracted wide attention in the field of plastic surgery. By summarizing the pros and cons of this technology, such as the development of this technology, the study of craniofacial anatomy, plastic surgery training, preoperative design, doctor-patient communication, etc., the purpose of this article is to promote the application of virtual reality in the realm of plastic surgery so that more and more patients and physicians could benefit from this technology.
