Abstract: Lead poisoning is characterized by nervous, digestive and blood system damage, such as neurasthenia, abdominal pain, abdominal distension, jaundice, small cell hypochromic anemia and so on. A case of severe hemolytic anemia caused by subacute lead poisoning was treated in Beijing Chaoyang Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University. The main symptoms of the patient were abdominal colic, constipation and hemolytic anemia
