Abstract:
Our hospital has instaled a couple of high temperature and high pressure pulsation sterilizers. However, after the process of disinfection and sterilization, we found that many non-woven bags in which wrapped the contaminated medical devices were wet. This abnormal phenomenon continuously has happened a couple of times. Having excessive condensed water inside the wrap bag wil severely affect the sterilization effect, so we did a scrupulous survey of the phenomenon and the structure of the machine and the steam boiler. At last, we came up with a perfect solution, that is, to make a redesign of the steam boiler and the steam conveying pipeline network.
