Abstract:
The medical consumable material management is an important part of logistic support in the management of hospital, but the hospital has many weak links in the management of supplies. This paper aims to explore the common problems(especial y in clinical use) existing in the management of medical consumables and years of management experience in Changhai hospital’s practice, then discusses lean management from the perspective of lean management.
