Abstract:
The article describes the development of new magnetic bead separation and purification instrument. The main application of the instrument is to capture tubercle bacil us from sputum. It is a pretreatment instrument and provides a new platform to help doctors to diagnose bacil ary phthisis. Not only could it be used for tubercle bacil us capturing, but also for gene, protein and cellseparating and purification. Because the control er of the instrument is 16-bit single chip microcomputer, the cost could be greatly reduced and it wil be widely used in China.
