Abstract:
This paper presented the clinical data of a 29-year-old female patient with acquired partial lipodystrophy (APL) admitted to the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University in September 2020. The patient was admitted due to "facial fat loss". After comprehensive examination, APL was diagnosed. Autologous fat transplantation was conducted to improve the facial contour caused by fat volume loss.The result was satisfactory. Relevant literatures were also collectively reviewed for further discussion on APL.
