Abstract:
Pulse oximeters are used in many departments of a hospital. The pc-based pulse oximetry monitor for many patients has the features of simplicity, flexbility, large memory,powerful function, high ratio of performance to price, and it is easy to communicate with mul-timonitors. The principles of hardware system and the function of software block of the monitor are introduced too in this paper.
