Abstract:
Currently, the incidence of lymphedema is increasing, which poses a serious threat to patients’ quality of life. Adipose-derived stem cells(ADSCs) have the potential of multi-directional differentiation, secretion of a variety of cytokines, and immune regulation ability, which made it one of the ideal stem cells in the field of regenerative medicine. This article intends to review the mechanism, animal studies and clinical trials of ADSCs in the treatment of lymphedema, in order to provide a systematic theoretical basis for ADSCs regeneration therapy of lymphedema.
