Abstract:
Perioperative fluid therapy is one of the important tasks in clinical anesthesia,and it is also an essential part of the enhanced recovery after surgery.Perioperative fluid therapy aims to restore the effective circulating blood volume, ensure the oxygen supply of tissues and organs and stabilize the internal environment.Whether the management of fluid is appropriate or not directly affects the prognosis of patients after surgery.This paper reviews the current research status of perioperative fluid therapy.
