Abstract:
With the development of computed technology, more medical centers begin to use computer-aided surgical simulation for preoperative planning. Since three-dimensional skull reconstruction plays an important role in preoperative design, the selection of reference plane in three-dimensional measurement and analysis software has been paid more and more attention. At present, multiple professional software programs have been developed for preoperative surgery planning and design. The commonly used three-dimensional cephalometric plane system is three-dimensional reference plane system and the reference plane system based on natural head position. This article summarizes the construction and practicability of horizontal reference plane, midsagittal plane, coronal plane and natural cephalic reference plane in three-dimensional reference plane, so as to provide convenience for clinical application.
