- Abstract: Proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9(PCSK9)inhibitors not only have good lipid-lowering effects,but also have pleiotropic effects such as improving cardiovascular outcomes,re-lieving anti-inflammation,relieving oxidative stress and improving vascular endothelium.In recent years,the continuous development of PCSK9 inhibitors provides new ideas for the treatment of cardio-vascular diseases.This article reviewed the pleiotropic mechanisms of PCSK9 inhibitors,especially on vascular endothelial function.
