Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of doctor-nurse integration health education on early off-bed ambulation of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma after surgery.Methods A total of 52 primary liver cancer patients from June 2015 to May 2016 were selected as control group by historical controlled sampling,and were given by routine method to guide off-bed ambulation,and 55 primary liver cancer patients from June 2016 to May 2017 were selected as intervention group,given doctor-nurse integration health education.The time to first bed-off ambulation and duration of postoperative ambulation,postoperative anxiety and satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results The time to first bed-off ambulation and duration of postoperative ambulation,anxiety score and patients' satisfaction of the two groups showed statistically significant differences (P < 0.05).Conclusion The doctor-nurse integration health education can effectively promote rapid recovery of patients after liver cancer surgery.
