Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the influence of perioperative care on clinical efficacy of recanalization tube intubation.Methods The data of 110 lacrimal duct obstruction cases(128 eyes) underwent implantation of lacrimal duct recirculation tube were retrospectively analyzed And effect of perioperative nursing such as preoperational probing,postoperative irrigation and postoperative antiinflammatory conditions on success rate of lacrimal duct recirculation were analyzed.Results The total efficiency rate of lacrimal duct obstruction cases was 87.5％.The success rate of lacrimal duct recirculation was correlated with preoperative probing,postoperative irrigation and postoperative antiinflammatory (P ＜ 0.05),and was decreased with the times of probing in lacrimal duct(P ＜ 0.05).Postoperative lacrimal tract washing times can reduce the surgery efficiency (P ＜ 0.05),and postoperative anti-inflammatory can effectively improve the surgery efficiency (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Perioperative care is of great importance on the success rate of the lacrimal duct recirculation implantation for patients with lacrimal duct obstruction.
