Abstract:
Objective To investigate effect of functional exercise and psychological rehabilitation nursing in patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans after stent implantation.Methods A total of 78 lower extremity arterial occlusive disease cases with stent implantation in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,given postoperative functional exercise and mental rehabilitation,routine nursing,respectively.Clinical nursing efficacy and complications were compared between two groups.Results After half-year nursing and treatment,the indicators of two groups were significantly improved (P ＜ 0.05),but there was no significant difference in antde branchial index (ABI) between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05),transcutaneous oxygen pressure (TcPO2) and claudication distance (DOC) in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The observation group was better curative efficacy and lower incidence of complications than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Functional exercise and psychological rehabilitation can improve the nursing results,reduce complications,and promote recovery.
