Abstract:
Objective To explore the feasibility and clinical efficacy of transvaginal lesions excision in lower uterine segnent scar pregnancy.Methods Sixteen patients with lower uterine segment scar pregnancy underwent transvaginal lesion resection,intraoperative bleeding,operation time and postoperative recovery,and complications were observed,and the changes of serum β-HCG and recovery pf menstruation of two groups after operation were observed.Results All the sixteen patients had successful operations,with intraoperative bleeding less than 100 mL and operation time less than 1 h.After operation,the patients recovered well,without complications.The clearance rate of blood3-HCG occurred at 14.9 d.The follow-up after discharge showed no complications occurred and menstruation recovered 6 weeks.Conclusion Transvaginal lesions excision,a minimally invasive operation,is a safe,effective,and economical operation.
