Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of fast track surgery (FTS) combined with quality care in operating room on postoperative infection and quality of life of prognosis.Methods A total of 172 patients with surgical treatment were divided into two groups according to random number table method.The patients in the control group were given quality care in the operating room,and the patients in the observation group underwent FTS based on high quality care in the operating room.The general situation,surgical site infection,complications and prognostic quality of life were compared.Results The patients in the observation group had shorter infusion quitting time,awake time after anesthesia,the first time to exhaust and hospitalization time than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of surgical site infection was 2.33％ (2/86) in the observation group,which was lower than 10.47％ (9/86) in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in the quality of life (physiological function,mental state,social function and affective activity) between the two groups before treatment (P ＞ 0.05).The scores of physical function,mental state,social function and affective activity of the two groups were higher than nursing before,and the study group was higher than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was 5.81％ (5/86) in the observation group,which was lower compared to 15.12％ (13/86) in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion FTS surgical concept combined with operating room quality care can reduce the occurrence of postoperative infection,shorten treatment time,reduce complications,promote incision rapid healing and prognosis,so it is worth promoting.
