Abstract:
Objective To analyze the quality nursing measures for upper digestion tract hemorrhage treated by gastroscopy. Methods A total of 100 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (n =50) and study group (n =50).Patients of two groups were treated with endoscopy before surgery, the control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the study group was given quality care intervention on the basis of the control group. The changes of indicators (DBP,SBP,HR) in the two groups during the perioperative period (preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative),the changes of anxiety before and after intervention, and the quality of life at 1 month after operation were compared. Results The intraoperative and postoperative DBP,SBP and HR of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05).The incidence of severe anxiety in the study group was lower than the control group (10.00% vs.38.00%,P < 0.05).The proportion of patients without anxiety was higher than that of the control group (60.00% vs.30.00%,P < 0.05).The scores of sleep, energy, emotion, physical activity, pain and social life were lower in the study group than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion High quality care measures for upper gastrointestinal bleeding can stabilize the physiological indicators of patients, but also ease anxiety, and improve the quality of life.
