Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of respiratory exercise rehabilitation nursing on treatment efficacy of pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Methods A total of 120 primary pulmonary tuberculosis patients in our hospital from July to December 2015 were selected as observation group,given the respiratory exercise rehabilitation nursing,and another 100 cases with primary pulmonary tuberculosis treated in our hospital from January to June 2015 were selected as control group,given routine nursing.The therapeutic efficacy,exercise tolerance and lung function were compared between the two groups.Results The sputum negative rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the absorption of the lesions was better than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The walking distance of 6 min in the observation group after 3 month intervention was higher than that in the control group,and the FEV1 and FEV1/FVC were higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Respiratory exercise rehabilitation can improve the therapeutic effect of pulmonary tuberculosis,and enhance the lung function and exercise endurance of patients,so it is worthy of popularizing.
