Abstract: ABSTRACT:As Kou Zongshi had pointed out that Borneol,when used alone,was not as useful as when it was used as an as-sistant drug.This paper discusses the features of the property of Borneol.After a thorough review of the existing books and papers and under the guidance of TCM theories,the authors believe that when used alone,Borneol can be very useful and when it is used as an assistant drug,it also works well.
