Effect of iodophor uterine cavity wipe in prevention of postoperative incision infection in nursing intervention of cesarean section in high risk pregnant women

Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of specialized care of iodophor uterine cavity wipe on prevention of incision infection in acute cesarean section pregnant women.Methods A total of 50 patients with acute cesarean section were enrolled in this study,and were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while the patients in the experimental group were treated with special care and iodophor cavity wipe,cesarean section related parameters,the relevant clinical indicators,clinical events,subjective feelings and family care satisfaction were compared.Results The scores of SAS and SDS,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate,total white blood cell count,postoperative pain score,time to first bed-off,time to first exhaust,time to first breast milk,feeding times of alternative milk,postoperative 24 h body temperature and the rate of incision infection in the observation group were lower than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The scores of breastfeeding and subjective feeling were higher in the experimental group than in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The satisfaction degree of the family members was better than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The application effect of special care and iodophor uterine cavity wiping in the treatment of acute cesarean section pregnant women are obvious,and it can improve nursing satisfaction,so it is of great significance in promotion.
