- Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention combined with stance training on pain after intervertebral foramen mirror surgery. Methods A total of 39 patients with lumbar disc herniation in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and experiment group.A total of 18 cases in the control group were treated with routine nursing, and 21 in the experimental group implemented postoperative nursing intervention combined with standing posture training. After 2 weeks of treatment, the visual analogue scale (VAS) score,Oswestry functional index (ODI) and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.24%,which was higher than 72.22% of the control group (P < 0.05);VAS scores and ODI index scores of two groups were reduced (P < 0.05),and the VAS score and ODI index score of the experimental group were lower than the control group, the quality of life scores of the two groups were all increased, and the experimental group was higher than the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention combined with standing posture training can effectively relieve postoperative pain, promote the recovery of vertebral function and improve the quality of life.
