Abstract:
Objective To analyze the application effect of low-frequency impulse feedback electrical stimulation combined with Buzhong Yiqi decoction and rehabilitation training in promoting postpartum pelvic floor recovery. Methods A total of 90 women with vaginal delivery in our hospital were selected and were given routine pelvic floor rehabilitation training.According to the intervention method, they were divided into the Buzhong Yiqi decoction group, physical therapy group and combined group, with 30 cases in each group. The muscle strength of pelvic floor, muscle contractile function of pelvic floor and complications were compared among the three groups. Results After treatment, the proportion of muscle strength of pelvic floor with grade 4 and grade 5 in the combined group were higher than that in the Buzhong Yiqi decoction group and the physical therapy group (P <0.05).After treatment, the duration of pelvic floor muscle contraction and pelvic floor muscle contraction force of the combined group were significantly longer or larger than treatment before and the other two groups (P < 0.05).After 3 days of delivery, the maternal radial artery blood gas of the combined group was higher than that of the physical therapy group and the Buzhong Yiqi decoction group (P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of pelvic organs prolapse and urinary incontinence among the three groups (P > 0.05).Conclusion The use of Buzhong Yiqi decoction and low-frequency impulse feedback electrical stimulation combined with rehabilitation training can improve the pelvic floor muscle strength, enhance pelvic floor function and reduce complications.
