Abstract:
Objective To explore clinical efficacy of systematic rehabilitation therapy in hallux valgus treated by the minimally invasive technique after surgery. Methods A total of 100 hallux valgus patients treated with minimally invasive technique in our hospital were given standardized rehabilitation therapy. The HAV angle of hallux valgus, the angle M between the first and second metatarsal, and the AOFAS score of the toe-metatarsophalangeal joint were observed. Results Minimally invasive surgery for 100 patients were successful, and no nursing complications occurred. The excellent and good rate of joint function was 97.92%.The mean correction of HAV angle and M angle were 20.07?,4.29 ?,respectively. The AOFAS scores of the toe-metatarsophalangeal joint had increased 30.79 points than preoperation. Conclusion Rehabilitation therapy in minimally invasive surgery for the treatment of hallux valgus can restore joint function, effectively prevent metatarsophalangeal joint adhesions, and reduce the incidence of surgical complications.
