- Abstract: Objective To study the effects of cognitive behavioral intervention on self acceptance function in patients with depression.Methods A total of 150 patients in our hospital were as research objects,and were divided into observation group (75 cases) and control group (75 cases) according to the different time.The study group was given cognitive behavioral nursing intervention,while the control group used conventional care for depression,the treatment of depression and improvement of self acceptance function in the whole course of treatment were observed by the Self Acceptance Questionnaire (SAQ),Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA).Results Compared with the intervention group,the scores of self acceptance factor and total scores were significantly higher in the observation group (P ＜ 0.05),and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with intervention before,HAMD and HAMA of two groups were significantly decreased (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavioral intervention nursing can significantly improve the ability of self acceptance of patients with depression and eliminate negative emotions,which plays an important role in the rehabilitation of depression.
