Abstract:
Objective To explore the value of narrow band imaging combined with endoscopic dentate line in evaluation of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods A total of 200 patients with GERD were selected as GERD group and 160 normal people were selected as control group.Gred-Q score was used to record the symptoms.The morphology of the dentate line and microvessel were observed by narrow-band imaging.Gred-Q score,dentate line morphology,the relationship between esophageal microvascular manifestations and gastroesophageal reflux disease were analyzed.Results The abnormal positive rate of NBI microvessel density in GRED group was significantly higher than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).The abnormal rate of dentate line in GRED group was significantly higher than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).There were positive correlations between NBI microvessel performance and Gerd-Q score,dentate line morphology and Gerd-Q score,NBI microvessel performance and dentate line morphology (r =0.780,0.803,0.586,P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Narrow band imaging combined with endoscopic dentate line has an important clinical value in diagnosing patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease.
