Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of inserted central catheter (PICC) tip localization guided by ultrasound combined with endocaridal electrogram (ECG).Methods A total of 115 PICC catheter patients were as research objects, and ultrasound combined with endocaridal electrogram guided PICC tip positioning were carried out for these patients, which was compared with tube X-ray results, its application value in the location of the tip of PICC was analyzed. Results Ultrasound combined with intracavitary electrocardiogram guided PICC tip localization rate was 95.7%, ectopic rate was 4.3%, while the X-ray results suggested that the PICC tip localization rate was 97.4%, and ectopic rate was 2.6%, but there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05);P wave prediction and X-ray coincidence rate of ultrasound combined with intracavitary electrocardiogram guided PICC tip positioning was 98.3%, Kappa test showed a better consistence(P<0.05).Conclusion The success rate of PICC tip localization guided by ultrasound combined with endocaridal electrogram is high, which can reduce the adverse effects of the tip dislocation, and it can be used as priority.
