Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of intensive nursing care on jaundice index, bilirubin and adverse events in children with neonatal jaundice.Methods A total of 60 neonatal jaundice in our hospital from September 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the experimental group and another 60 neonatal jaundice in our hospital from March 2016 to July 2016 were selected as control group.The jaundice index, bilirubin and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment in jaundice and bilirubin indices as well as overall response rate (P>0.05).The observation group had lower jaundice index, bilirubin index than the control group(P<0.05), and adverse events such as neonatal vomiting and suffocation, skin damage, repeated puncture, needle shedding in the experimental group were significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in their satisfaction with the hospital environment (P>0.05), but the satisfaction of the family members in the control group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthened nursing can effectively reduce risk of neonatal jaundice phototherapy jaundice index, reduce bilirubin index and incidence of adverse events, and curative effect is better than that of the conventional nursing care and is helpful to improve the patients''satisfaction.
