Abstract:
Objective To observe and study the effect of PDCA circulation nursing management mode on the axial symptoms, quality of life and satisfaction of patients undergoing cervical operation.Methods A total of 100 patients with cervical vertebrae surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing, and the experimental group used PDCA cycle nursing management mode of nursing, axial symptoms, the quality of life and satisfaction at discharge and in one-year after were compared.Results The experimental group had lower axial symptoms rate than the control group at discharge(P<0.01), and it was higher in one year after discharge than the control group(P<0.01).The quality of life score and satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion PDCA cycle nursing management model can significantly reduce the symptoms of patients with cervical spinal surgery, improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients, so it is worthy of clinical practice.
