Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of respiratory and exercise rehabilitation pathway in COPD patients.Methods A total of 45 COPD patients in our hospital from May to August 2016 were selected as observation group, and were given respiratory and exercise rehabilitation pathway on the basis of routine nursing, and 40 COPD patients in our hospital from January to April 2016 were selected as control group, and were given the routine nursing.The changes of lung function, 6 min walking distance and life quality after 3 months of the nursing were compared.Results The FVE1, FVE1/FVC and FVE1% after 3 months of nursing in the observation group were higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The 6 min walking distance in the observation group after 3 months of nursing was higher, life quality score of respiratory in the impaction, symptoms, activities after 3 months of nursing in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Respiratory and motor rehabilitation pathway can improve the pulmonary function and exercise capacity of COPD patients, and improve their life quality.
