Abstract:
Objective To explore the influence of different anticoagulant drugs on coagulation indexes and bleeding condition in treatment of patients with hemodialysis. Methods A total of 40 hemodialysis patients were selected and randomly into threegroups,20 patents treated with unfractionated heparin were designed as group A,10 patents treated with dalteparin were designed as groupB,and 10 patents treated with argatroban were designed as group C.At the same time,10 healthy people were selected as control group.Activated glass beads coagulation time, coagulation rate, platelet function, prothrombin fragment 1+2 and platelet alpha granule membrane protein were observed. Results Compared with the control group, the CR,PF,PF1+2 and GMF-140 of the three groups significantly increased, while gbACT significantly prolonged (P<0.05),and there were significant differences in CR,PF,PF1+2 and GMF-140 before and afteRmachine in three groups (P<0.05).Forty hemodialysis patients successfully completed treatment. Conclusion Normal heparin has a strong anticoagulant function.Although dalteparin sodium has a good anticoagulant effect, there is a greateRrisk of bleeding during hemodialysis, and application of argatroban is helpful foRimproving the bleeding condition.
