Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of centralized nursing intervention on health education in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 90 patients with cerebral infarction in our department were divided into observation group (45 cases) and control group (45 cases),the control group received the routine health education,and the observation group used centralized nursing health education,and mastering situation of health knowledge and the positive rehabilitation were compared.Results the score of disease medical knowledge,correct placement of healthy limb,rehabilitation training knowledge,medication knowledge in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The level of demand for rehabilitation,compliance,and the degree of rehabilitation in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Centralized nursing intervention can improve the effect of health education in patients with cerebral infarction,increase the level of health knowledge of patients,and improve their recovery.
