Abstract:
Objective To analyze individual nursing for patients with chronic brain syndrome.Methods A total of 97 chronic brain syndrome patients in our hospital were selected as research objects and were randomly assigned to study group with 49 cases and control group with 48 cases,two groups were given routine nursing and study group was additionally given individualized nursing intervention,satisfaction of patients and family,life ability level,and condition of dementia were evaluated.Results After individualized nursing intervention,the study group had higher satisfaction of patients and their family members,life ability level,and dementia condition compared to the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing intervention is more effective for chronic brain syndrome patients compared with routine nursing mode,and it can improve patient's life ability and condition of dementia,so it is worthy of promotion.
