Abstract:
ABSTRACT:Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on postoperative re-habilitation for the patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods According to the or-der of admission,136 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital were divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was given routine treatment and nursing, and the patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing interven-tion.The quality of life and self-care ability score were observed and compared in two groups, and the complications of two groups after the operation were observed.Result Before nursing, there were no significant difference between the two groups in QLI and FIM score (P >0.05). After nursing intervention, the QLI and FIM scores in two groups were improved, but it was obvi-ously higher in the observation group than the control group, the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P <0.05).In the occurrence of complications, the complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Actively carrying out comprehensive nursing in postoperative hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage can promote the recovery of limb function in patients and improve the quality of life of patients and self-care ability of daily life,so it is worthy of clinical use.
