Abstract:
Objective To observe the problem oriented nursing on promoting the postoper-ative rehabilitation of patients with gastric cancer.Methods 60 patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group;the control group was received routine nursing,the observation group was given problem oriented nursing based on the control group,self-care ability and postoperative recovery were compared.Results Self-concept,self responsibility,self care skills scores in the observation group was higher than those in the control group,there were significant difference (P <0.05).Objective postoperative anal exhaust time, defecation time,bed time,hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,postoperative 24 h pain score was lower than that in the control group,mental status score was higher than that in the control group,there were significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion Problem oriented nursing can meet the demand of rehabilitation knowledge of patients with gastric cancer operation,and promote postoperative rehabilitation.
