Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical application effects of responsibility contract work system in the intensive intravenous infusion nursing quality management.Methods A total of 112 critical ill patients were divided into control group and research group by digital random method with 56 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional intravenous infusion nursing intervention,and the research group was given responsibility contract work system in the infusion. Results The single-day infusion time of the research group was (1.81±0.68)h,single puncture success rate was 98.21%,and infusion error rate was 14.29%,which were significantly better than those of the control group,significant differences were observed (P <0.05).Further more, the nursing quality score of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion The implementation of responsibility contract work system in the critical intensive intravenous infusion nursing quality man-agement can significantly improve the clinical service quality,avoid adverse events,and provide ba-sic protection for good nurse-patients relationship.
