Abstract:
ABSTRACT:Objective To explore the effect of family members participated nursing on pre-vention of medical disputes in patients with gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods A total of 90 diges-tive tract hemorrhage patients in Department of internal medicine in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in each group.Con-trol group was given routine nursing,while observation group was treated with comprehensive nurs-ing model and patients′families associationb.Nursing effect,medical dispute rate,recurrence rate and nursing before and after SAS and SDS score were compared between two groups.Results In the observation group,the incidence rate of complications,recurrence rate and the occurrence rate of medical disputes were 4.44%,2.22% and 0%,which were significantly lower than the 17.78%, 13.33% and 11.11% in the control group (P <0.05).At the same time,hemostatic time of two groups[(33.20±5.85)HVS(39.68±7.65)h],bleedingtimes[(3.12±1 .02)VS(36.58± 1.54)]time and hospitalization time [(8.12± 2.36)d VS (14.08±3.45)d]were significant dif-ferent(P <0.05).In addition,there were significant differences of SAS and SDS score after nurs-ing between two groups (P <0.05).Conclusion Family members participated nursing combined with comprehensive nursing mode can effectively shorten hemostasis time,reduce bleeding recur-rence rate,shorten hospitalization time and avoid the medical disputes,so it is worthy of clinical ap-plication.
