Abstract:
Objective To explore the influence of whole course nursing on rehabilitation and satisfactory degree in patients with nasal endoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 100 rhinitis and nasal polyps patients with nasal endoscopic surgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conven-tional nursing,while the observation group was treated with whole course nursing.Self-care abil-ity,postoperative recovery and satisfactory degree toward nursing were compared between two groups.Results Scores of health knowledge,self concept,self responsibility in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the rhinitis score was lower than the control group ,and the postoperative complications were less than the control group (P <0.05).In aspects of health education,psychological nursing and nursing outcome,the satisfactory degrees toward nursing in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion Whole course nursing can effectively improve the quality of nurs-ing in peri operation period of patients with nasal endoscopic surgery,promote the rehabilitation of patients and improve satisfactory degree toward nursing.
