Abstract:
Objective To explore antibacterial effect of Shuanghuanglian of Chinese medicine in vitro on acinetobacter baumannii of pan-resistant drugs.Methods Using the broth dilution method,the Shuanghuanglian injection,antimicrobial tests in vitro of Shuanghuanglian in-jection combined with Cefoperazone /sulbactam for the pan-resistant acinetobacter baumannii were conducted .Results Shuanghuanglian MIC for pan - resistant acinetobacter baumannii was 20 mg /mL,effects of Shuanghuanglian combined with Cefoperazone /sulbactam on pan-resistant acinetobacter baumannii greatly reduced compared with single Shuanghuanglian or cefoperazone /sulbactam.Conclusion Shuanghuanglian for pan-resistant acinetobacter baumannii has inhibito-ry effect,the application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with antibiotics can reduce the mount of antibiotics so as to reduce and delay the bacterial resistance.
