Abstract:
Objective To explore the influence and safety of milinong and nitrate yamanashi ester on cardiac function of patients with congestive heart failure (CHF).Methods 112 patients with CHF were randomly divided intotreatment group (n =58)and control group (n =54).All pa-tients were given routine drug treatment,the control group was treated with additional nitrate ya-manashi ester,while the treatment group was treated with additional nitrate yamanashi ester and milinong.Clinical total effective rate,the BNP and ultrasonic cardiogram index change and security werecomparedbetween twogroups .Results The total effective ratewas7 5 .9 % (4 1 /5 4 )and 93.1% (54 /58)in control group and treatment group respectively (χ2=6.428,P <0.05).The levels ofBNP ,CI ,CO ,LVEF after treatment in treatment in groups improved significantly (P <0.05),and the levels of BNP,CI,CO,LVEF after treatment in treatment group were significant-ly better than control group (P <0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions was 6.9% (4 /58) and 5.6% (3 /54)in treatment group and control group respectively (χ2 =0.086,P >0.086). Conclusion Application of milinong combined with nitrate yamanashi ester in treatment of CHF can improve the clinical effective rate,the BNP and heart electrolyte level.
