Abstract:
Objective To explore the nursing intervention effect in hemodialysis of patients with diabetic nephropathy so as to prevent hypotension.Methods 80 hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the control group was received routine nursing while the observation group was strengthened the nursing inter-vention to prevent the hypoglycemia.Nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Re-sults Health knowledge score after nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.Diet,medication compliance and self monitoring were higher than those in the con-trol group.The results revealed that the difference was statistical significant (P <0.05).Hypo-glycemia rate in 0~1 h,1~2 h,2~3 h,3~4 h in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,so the difference was statistical significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve cognition of hypoglycemia in hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy and reduce hypoglycemia.
