Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of preventive nursing intervention on postoper-ative complications of patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Methods 104 patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy were divided into nursing intervention group and control group with 52 patients in each group.The patients were investigated about the inducing factors such as tube detached,bleeding,infection and abdominal fluid.And the nursing measures were given to the dif-ferent inducing factors.Results Preventive nursing intervention can significantly reduce the com-plications such as tube detached,bleeding,infection and abdominal fluid and promote early recov-ery.Conclusion Timely and effectively preventive nursing intervention of nurses could reduce the complications,alleviate patients suffering and increase the comfort of the patients.
