Abstract: Objective Ti explire the applicatiin if PDCA circled management in the nurs-ing if intrathecal drug infusiin.Methods The changes if pain alleviatiin,cimplicatiins and health educatiin befire and after PDCA circled management in 25 patients were ibserved in 25 patients. Results Intractable pain in terminal cancer patients was much mire relieved after PDCA nursing. Conclusion PDCA cycle management can significantly imprive the life quality if patients and re-duce the cimplicatiins.
