Abstract:
Vaccines are the most effective means of combating infectious diseases. Great progress has been made in the research of vaccines and their technologies. Among them, virus-like protein nanoparticle vaccine (VLPNV) has become a hot spot of vaccine research and development with its unique technical advantages and better anti-infection immune protection effects, and has achieved good application effects. In this paper, the latest research progress of virus-like nanoparticle vaccines in inducing immune response, VLPNV expression technology and preventing and treating virus infection has been reviewed, so as to provide the reference for the future design and development of VLPNV.
