Abstract:
Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, as an important national strategic resource, pathogenic microorganisms have attracted more and more international attention in molecular diagnosis, vaccine development, pathological research and so on. However, the construction of pathogenic microorganisms in Guizhou is unable to meet the current demand. This paper introduces the construction and planning of the pathogenic microorganisms preservation center in Guizhou province. This paper expounds and discusses the objective, requirements, hardware, information management system, and management system construction and other aspects. According to local conditions, the construction of pathogenic microorganisms preservation center should be carried out to continuously meet the requirements of biosafety strategy, infectious disease prevention and control and scientific research, so as to provide reference for the construction of a standardized and informationalized pathogenic microorganism preservation institution.
