Clinical observation of comprehensive care in the H1N1 influenza virus infection children

Abstract:
Objective to investigate and evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing methods for children with influenza a H1N1 influenza virus infection.Methods 72 cases of children infected with H1N1 virus from Dongfeng Hospital Affiliated Hubei Medical College during Aug.2010 to Feb 2015 were selected and their clinical data were investigated, given positive nursing and intervention.Results After comprehensive nursing, 72 cases were cured and discharged, the cure rate was 100%, the shortest length of stay in hospital was 3 days, the longest length of stay was 12 days, average 5.78+1.33 days.The Logistic regression analysis showed that the independent risk factors for non H1N1 virus infection include granulocyte count, antibiotic use time, and hospital stay (P<0.05).Conclusions Influenza A H1N1 influenza virus infection risk factors are mainly hospitalization time and use of antibiotics, long duration and and granulocyte count decreased, but the prognosis is good, also need to strengthen the comprehensive nursing intervention, reduce the risk of infection of children.
