Abstract:
Objective To discuss the medication rules of formulas containing Longgu (Os Draconis,Bone Fossil of Big Mammals) by national TCM master-YAN Zhcnghua.Methods On the base of collecting the formulas containing Longgu used by YAN Zhenghua and a database was established based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System (TCMISS).Apriori algorithm and other data mining methods were built in the data analysis module in TCMISS,and then the module was used for analyzing frequency of single medicinal,frequency of medicinal combinations,association rules and core medicinal combinations.Results The formulas containing Longgu were commonly used for treating insomnia,vertigo and stomachache.The medicinal with high frequency included Muli (Concha Ostreae,Oyster Shell),fried Suanzaoren (Semen Ziziphi Spinosae,Spine Date Seed),Shouwuteng (Caulis Polygoni Multiflori,fleeceflower stem),Danshen (Radix Salviae Mihiorrhizae,Salvia Root) and Chishao (Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Red Peony Root).The medicinal combinations with high frequency included Muli + Longgu,Muli+ fried Suanzaoren,and Longu + fried Suanzaoren.The association rules with support degree ≥ 35 ％ and confidence coefficient ≥ 0.98 included Longgu→Muli,Fuling (Poria,Indian Bread,Poria),Longgu → Muli,Muli,Fuling → Longgu,and Longgu,fried Suanzaoren → Muli.Conclusion The medicinal,used by YAN Zhenghua,mostly have the effects of tranquilizing mind and activating blood,and his formula constructing laws are clear and precise.
