Abstract:
Objective Through the detection of hepatitis B virus pre-S1 antigen, hepatitis B virus DNA and hepatitis B two pairs of semi (HBV M),to investigate the significance of HBV pre-S1 antigen for clinical diagnosis of hepatitis B.Methods A total of 276 sera samples were tested for hepatitis B virus preS1 antigen and hepatitis B two pairs of semi by ELISA methods for detection,HBV DNA was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR method. Results The positive rate of serum HBeAg,pre-S1 antigen and HBV DNA were 56.5%,73.9% and 76% ;of the 156 HBeAg positive samples, the positive rate of HBV DNA (94.8%) and the positive rate of pre-S1antigen (92.3%),there was no significant difference between the positive rate of HBV DNA and pre-S1antigen; of the 120 HBeAg negative samples without significant difference between the positive rate of HBV DNA and pre-S1antigen; HBV DNA high level group [1.0 × (105-10s) 、1.0 × (103-105)] the positive rate of pre S1 antigen was significantly higher than low level group(< 1.0 × 103) Conclusion pre-S1 antigen,HBeAg and HBV DNA had a high coincidence rate,HBeAg negative serum without DNA detection,pre-S1antigen may play a supplementary role to prompt whether the virus replication.
